Summer Veggie Dip
Summer BBQ Party season is here! If you’re tired of bringing the same old veggie tray, but still want something with loads of veggies, this summer veggie dip is for you! Whether you’re going to the beach for a fun day, or having a party by the pool with friends, this is a great dip to bring everyone together … while also getting in your veggies! Enjoy the crunch of veggies with a twist!
Ready? Let’s get started!
Ingredients
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1-2 Jalapenos (depending on how spicy you like it
1 Small Red Onion
1 Packet of Ranch Dip Seasoning
16oz Reduced Fat Cream Cheese*
*tip: let the cream cheese sit out of the fridge for 30-60 minutes to soften
Directions:
- Dice up your veggies, I like mine pretty big to add more crunch, but you can dice them smaller if that’s your preference.
- Place cream cheese is a glass mixing bowl, and smooth out.
- Add veggies and ranch seasoning, mix well.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Pro tip: Serve you summer veggie dip with reduced fat wheat thins for dipping! Add as many veggies as you want!
